With a comprehensive background in healthcare systems, quality and compliance, Chris has guided the ebizdocz® platform from its original concept to the trusted quality management solution it is today.

Her extensive professional expertise is built upon her former career as a registered pharmacist in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom, alongside advanced postgraduate pharmacy qualifications. With a deep respect for high standards of practice and patient safety, Chris also holds formal certifications in Quality Auditing and Occupational Health and Safety.

Following Bruce Monkton's formal retirement and transition out of the business, Chris continues to steer ebizdocz® with full ownership and daily operational control, ensuring the company's long-term client relationships and commitment to cost-effective quality management technology remain stronger than ever.

Bruce Monkton — Co-Founder (Retired)

Bruce co-founded ebizdocz® alongside business partner Chris Jorgensen in 2003, bringing over 30 years of healthcare systems management and auditing expertise to the foundation of the platform. Having formally retired, Bruce is no longer involved in the day-to-day running or operational development of the company. His foundational work in helping build ebizdocz®’s cloud-based audit-ready quality frameworks remains a core part of its history as the company moves forward.
